Play with 4-15 player online or via local WiFi as you attempt to prepare your spaceship for departure, but beware as one or more random players among the Crew are Impostors bent on killing everyone! Originally created as a party game, we recommend playing with friends at a LAN party or online using voice chat. Enjoy cross-platform play between Android, iOS, PC, and console. Win by completing tasks to prepare the ship or ejecting all Impostors. React quickly to undo the Impostor's sabotages. Check the Admin map and Security cameras to keep tabs on other Crewmates. Report any dead bodies immediately to start discussion of who the suspected Impostor is. Call emergency meetings to discuss suspicious behavior. Vote to eject suspected Impostors. Kill Crewmates and frame bystanders. Pretend to run tasks to blend in with the crewmates. Sneak through the vents to quickly move about the ship. Use sabotages to cause chaos and divide the crew. Close doors to trap victims and kill in private. Features Customization: Pick your color, hat, visor, skin, and pet. Lots of game options: Add more Impostors, more tasks, different roles, and so much more! Different modes to choose from: Classic or Hide n Seek. 4 different maps to play in: The Skeld, MIRA HQ, Polus, and the Airship. Quickly find a game online from the host list. In-game text chat. Rich Discord integration. Cross-platform play between PC, console, Android, and iOS!
A.Yes — Among Us supports online play with friends across platforms using private lobbies, a friends list, or local Wi‑Fi; you can invite people with a six‑letter lobby code or by sending invites through the in‑game Friends List.
A.Among Us is a 4-15 player online or local party game centered on social deduction, where Crewmates complete tasks while Impostors try to eliminate them, with voting and discussion at the heart of play. It emphasizes quick teamwork, deception, and cross‑platform multiplayer across devices.
A.Open the lobby wardrobe (interact with the laptop or the closet/shirt icon) to change your color, hat, visor, skin and pet; some cosmetics must be purchased in the in‑game Shop or with platform DLC and some items are time‑limited. See Innersloth’s guidance for shop/cosmetic details and a quick how‑to for entering the customize menu.
A.If your school or work network blocks game sites, play Among Us on your personal device using cellular data or a phone hotspot, on the same local Wi‑Fi with nearby friends, via official PC/console/mobile downloads, or by streaming through cloud gaming—avoid unofficial “unblocked” browser copies or modded downloads as they are unsafe.
A.Among Us spawned several viral memes—most notably “sus” (and its cousins “sussy”/“sussy baka”), the surreal catchphrase “amogus,” and the visual gag “Among Us everywhere” — plus stream-driven image edits like the Jerma “When the Imposter Is Sus” gag.
A.Yes — Among Us is free to play on mobile (Android and iOS). On other platforms you’ll usually pay (Steam/console stores), but you can play without buying it if you have Xbox Game Pass or if Epic Games Store runs a temporary free giveaway.
A.You can buy Among Us costumes from official Innersloth merch (when available), major retailers and Halloween chains that carry inflatable/onesie styles (Target, Toynk/Studio Halloween, Spirit Halloween), or from handmade/cosplay sellers on Etsy — or make a DIY crewmate using simple materials and visor templates.
A.The Impostor is a secretly assigned saboteur whose job is to kill Crewmates, use sabotages and vents to create chaos, and survive until the impostors equal the number of Crewmates or a critical sabotage goes unresolved.
A.Download Among Us from your platform’s official store: on mobile get it free from the Apple App Store or Google Play; on PC buy/download it on Steam, Epic, or itch.io; on consoles get it from PlayStation Store, Nintendo eShop, or the Xbox store. Check the developer site for links and support.
