More info
No — The Elder Scrolls Online does not support crossplay between platforms. The game uses megaserver technology with separate server pools for PC/Mac, Xbox, and PlayStation, so players on different platforms cannot group up or interact in the same session official guidance on cross-platform play. While you can use a single ESO account across platforms, your characters and progress are not shared between platforms, and you will need a copy of the game for each platform you wish to play on megaserver separation and platform limitations.
Beyond that, transferring characters, gear, crowns, or any other progress between different platforms is not supported, and there are no plans to enable cross-platform transfers in the future. Your account on one platform is separate from your account on another, even though you can link console accounts in theory; linked consoles do not share characters or progress character transfers not supported and linked accounts do not share progress.
