In addition, the 2023 remake, Resident Evil 4, offers a free VR Mode for PlayStation VR2 that released on December 8, 2023; this mode requires the base PS5 version and supports only the main story, with Mercenaries and Separate Ways not included in VR Resident Evil 4 VR Mode on PS5/PSVR2. For clarity, the VR Mode also excludes the Extra DLC Pack and its outfits when used in VR, per the PS Store listing.
