The Forsaken Hollows is a newly introduced region in Elden Ring Nightreign, appearing as Shifting Earth: The Great Hollow, a large cavity deep in Limveld. This area is central to the Forsaken Hollows DLC and represents the core new exploration zone for the expansion. To reach Forsaken Hollows, you must complete Tricephalos (the first expedition) and defeat Gladius, then unlock the two Nightfarers (Undertaker and Scholar) by using the door near the Small Jar Merchant in the Roundtable Hold. After the Dreglord encounter and a cutscene, you return to an opened door by the Small Jar Merchant and enter The Great Hollow.
